The blanks that work

Bella+Canvas 3001 fitted tees, Next Level 6210, District DT6000. Performance: Augusta and Sport-Tek for moisture-wicking; Bella+Canvas Performance line for fitted athletic. Hoodies: Independent Trading SS4500, Bella+Canvas 3719. Avoid the bulk-rate Hanes ComfortSoft tees for any wellness brand; the cut is too boxy and the fabric weight is wrong.

Decoration choices that age well

Tone-on-tone soft-hand screen prints on tees. Embroidery on hats and outerwear, never on stretch fabrics. Sublimation for full-color performance shirts (CrossFit boxes love this for events). Avoid puff-print and any decoration that screams "high school spirit shirt"; this customer wants to wear it on a date.

How the orders pattern

A monthly merch drop pattern works best for the brands with engaged members. Each drop is 50 to 200 units, sells through, generates buzz on social. A yoga studio might do four drops a year with a seasonal theme. A CrossFit box does an event tee for every weekend competition, plus quarterly box swag. Set up a customer portal where the studio owner picks from your blank library and the order ships in a week.
