Brand standards and supplier choice
Country clubs have specific approved suppliers. Many require Cutter and Buck, Antigua, or Imperial only - generic blanks are not acceptable for the pro shop. Confirm the approved supplier list before quoting.
Member-tournament tee gifts have a per-player budget set by the tournament committee. Hit the budget exactly with quality items - skip the filler.
How to set the account up
The pro shop manager is the buyer for the merchandise side; the head pro or general manager approves tournament swag; the membership director may be the buyer for member-appreciation gifts. Multi-buyer relationship. Build a portal per buyer so the pro shop manager sees their reorder catalog and the GM sees the tournament-event catalog.
Net-30 is standard. Seasonal cash flow at the club is tight outside the playing season - bigger orders are placed in late winter for spring delivery.
