Promotional products for retail stores

A retail store or boutique sources merchandise that is part of the customer experience. The shopping bag the customer carries home, the tissue paper inside, the gift-with-purchase tucked next to the receipt. Each touchpoint either reinforces the brand or undercuts it. What retail stores buy
