SAGE owns the catalog and the supplier directory. That is the part the industry has spent decades building, and we are not trying to replace it. Your SAGE Connect subscription stays exactly where it is, billed by SAGE, owned by you.

The catalog you search inside DECADE.promo is your SAGE catalog. The pricing tiers we pull are your SAGE pricing tiers. When SAGE updates a product or a supplier changes their net cost, the next search reflects it.

What moves into DECADE.promo

Everything that happens after a SAGE search. The quote you build for a customer, the order you confirm, the supplier PO you send, the proof you route, the invoice you collect, the reorder you process six months later. All of that lives in DECADE.promo with the SAGE data already attached.

When you adopt a SAGE product into your DECADE.promo catalog, we pull the SKU, the price tiers, the imprint area, the colors, and the supplier contact. From that point forward the product is yours to mark up, override, photograph, favorite, and sell. SAGE updates still flow through, but your overrides stick.

A 60-second walkthrough

A customer asks for 250 embroidered fleece jackets. You open DECADE.promo, type "fleece jacket" in the gallery search, and our search hits your SAGE catalog plus any products you have already adopted. You pick a Holloway 229140, click Adopt, and the SKU lands in your catalog with all five pricing tiers from SAGE intact.

You build a quote with one click. The customer sees your branded portal, approves the price, and the same record becomes the order. The PO to Holloway is one button. The invoice to the customer is another. Six months later when they reorder, you click Reorder on the original order and the entire workflow runs again with the SAGE pricing already cached.

No copy-paste. No "let me check SAGE and get back to you." No spreadsheet of product numbers.

What if I do not have SAGE Connect?

You can still use DECADE.promo. The product catalog, customer portal, supplier PO workflow, art file checker, AI mockups, and order management all work without SAGE. You build your catalog manually or with our AI Product Capture browser extension that reads any supplier website (SAGE, Hit Promo, Koozie Group, alphabroder, S&S Activewear, anywhere) and extracts the SKU, prices, and images in seconds.

But if you do have SAGE, lighting it up inside DECADE.promo takes about two minutes - paste your SAGE Account Number and Authentication Key in Settings, and the catalog is live.

When this matters most
