The customer gets a clean, branded quote with your contact info, the product, the imprint, the per-tier price, the total, and a single button to approve or request changes. No PDF attachment. No tracking-number-and-fingers-crossed email.
What the customer sees vs what staff sees
The customer sees the list price, the total, and your branded portal. They do not see net cost, profit margin, supplier name, or supplier SKU. Even the URL of the quote does not leak which supplier the product came from.
Your team sees everything: net, profit, supplier, lead time, the original SAGE source. Two views of the same record, one query.
When the customer approves
An approved quote becomes an order with one click. The supplier PO drafts itself from the same record. Net costs flow into invoicing. The customer keeps a copy of the quote in their portal, indexed by date.
