The path from search to send
Search SAGE in the gallery. Adopt the product (one click). Click "Quote." Pick a customer. Set quantity. The customer-facing list prices fill in from the SAGE tiers automatically. Add an imprint setup fee if applicable. Click Send.
The customer gets a clean, branded quote with your contact info, the product, the imprint, the per-tier price, the total, and a single button to approve or request changes. No PDF attachment. No tracking-number-and-fingers-crossed email.
What the customer sees vs what staff sees
The customer sees the list price, the total, and your branded portal. They do not see net cost, profit margin, supplier name, or supplier SKU. Even the URL of the quote does not leak which supplier the product came from.

When the customer approves
